The candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oshodi Isolo local government area of Lagos State, Otunba Kehinde Almoroof Oloyede will flagoff his campaign on Monday. The campaign will kick off with a motorcade from his campaign office to the venue of the flag off, which is Owosheni Primary school, Adeyemi street Oshodi . A 90-year-old man has been arrested in Katsina State for selling drugs to youths. The man, Yusuf Yarkadir was arrested by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA in Yarkadir village of Rimi Local Government Area of Katsina state. According to a statement on Friday by the spokesman of NDLEA, Femi Babafemi the nonagenarian was full of regrets under interrogation, and confessed he has been selling cannabis sativa to the youths in his community for eight years due to their demand for the illegal substance, although he failed to disclose his source of supply He however vowed that with his arrest last Wednesday, he is backing out of the business having tried in the past to stop the illicit trade without success. The Lagos State Government has arraigned one Mrs. Rasheedat Adeleke, before a Yaba Magistrate Court for allegedly assaulting her 29-year-old sales lady in Ikotun area of the State. Speaking on the arraignment, the Counsel from the Directorate of Citizens Rights (DCR), Lagos State Ministry of Justice, Ms. Kafilat Oseni, stated that the accused was arraigned on a two-count charge by the Police in response to a report by the Directorate.
