SHOGUNLE MOURNS THE EXIT OF A POLITICAL ICON

It is with heavy pains and great shock in my heart that I  received the sad news of the demise of a great political leader.

There is no doubt that death remains inevitable and every soul must experience it.

I commiserate with the family of Alhaji Ganiyu  Ebudola Badmus at large on the death of their patriarch.

It is my utmost prayers that God grants the family, friends, political associate and the All Progressive Congress (APC) the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

With solace in our heart that he Lived a fulfilled and worthy life as his legacy  shall continue to live on.

On behalf of the good people of Shogunle, Leaders and Elders, We pray his soul find eternal rest.

Ooni Condemns Incessant Rape, child Abuse as Ife celebrates Yeyemolu festival

The Arole Oduduwa & Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II has condemned incessant rape, child abuse and other forms of molestation particularly against women in the society. Ooni Ogunwusi made the disclosure on Friday, during the annual Yeyemolu festival; which is the remembrance of the first queen of the Ooni of Ife, at his Ile Oduduwa Palace, Ile-Ife. The frontline traditional ruler while explaining the indispensable roles of women in the society, admonished that they should be respectfully protected from all social vices towards creating a better society. “Women must not be made prey in the hands of hoodlums and other disgruntled elements in the society. HON. IDRIS BOLAJI MUSE ARIYOH COMMISERATES WITH FATOKI FAMILY

Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Chairman Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh commiserate with the family of the former Mandate Chairman in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Elder Albert Babasola Fatoki who passed on today, 10th January 2021 at his residence in Whaabi Larinde after a brief illness.  In a condolence message signed by him, he described the late as a leader, father, an astute politician, and a community leader who spent his life in the service of humanity and his community. He described the exit of the political icon as a great loss to the entire Oshodi community, Ogunoloko ward, and  most especially the All Progressives Congress whose immense contribution to its success in all the elections cannot be over-emphasized.  He prayed Allah  grants him eternal rest and give the family, his friends, and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
