Distributes More Face Masks to Residents of Oshodi.


In the fight to stop and control the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19 in Oshodi-Isolo Community, Hon.Skibanj Gbeleyi Distribute more face masks into the community. He said the advocacy on compliance of guidelines advised by the National center for disease control NCDC " became necessary to  reorients the people that the virus is real, Still potent and the need to adhere to the NCDC guidelines.


He then urged the CDAs and CDCs to join in the sensitizing of the people to follow COVID-19 guidelines such as the use of facemask, washing of hands with soap and running water, use of alcohol-based sanitizer, etc.

Ooni Condemns Incessant Rape, child Abuse as Ife celebrates Yeyemolu festival

The Arole Oduduwa & Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II has condemned incessant rape, child abuse and other forms of molestation particularly against women in the society. Ooni Ogunwusi made the disclosure on Friday, during the annual Yeyemolu festival; which is the remembrance of the first queen of the Ooni of Ife, at his Ile Oduduwa Palace, Ile-Ife. Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Chairman Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh commiserate with the family of the former Mandate Chairman in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Elder Albert Babasola Fatoki who passed on today, 10th January 2021 at his residence in Whaabi Larinde after a brief illness.  In a condolence message signed by him, he described the late as a leader, father, an astute politician, and a community leader who spent his life in the service of humanity and his community. He described the exit of the political icon as a great loss to the entire Oshodi community, Ogunoloko ward, and  most especially the All Progressives Congress whose immense contribution to its success in all the elections cannot be over-emphasized.  He prayed Allah  grants him eternal rest and give the family, his friends, and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
