LASACO Holds 40th AGM On Tuesday





Leading insurance company in Nigeria, LASACO assurance Plc has disclosed that it will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 15th September, 2020.



The event which will be held at Oriental hotel in Lagos will strictly adhere to the COVID-19 protocols led down rules by the government. 


Issues to be discussed at the AGM includes - the performance of the organization and how to project a more robust future amongst several others. 


In a statement made available to the press, the organization reiterate its commitment to its ideals. “We are committed to be the Insurance and Financial Services Company of choice in Nigeria, providing Products and Services of Superior Quality, using Modern Tools and Technology and a well motivated workforce to achieve long term value for all our Stakeholders.”


“LASACO has not faltered on its payment of dividends to its shareholders in the last four years and has tremendously supported the government in the areas of contributing to the security trust fund, Covid-19 palliatives to the less privileged and several corporate social responsibilities .
