APAPA LG BOSS HON ADELE VISITS APAPA - IGANMU LCDA & AJEROMI - IFELODUN TO SYMPATHISE WITH COLLEAGUES OVER VANDALISATION OF COUNCIL SECRETARIATS.

The Executive Chairman of Apapa Local Government, Hon Adele Owolabi Elijah on Wednesday visited his colleagues in Apapa - iganmu Lcda under the watch of Hon . Dr Funmilayo Akande Muhammed and    Ajeromi - Ifelodun Local Government under the watch of *Hon . Fatai Adekunle Ayoola* respectively over the unfortunate destruction and burning of their council secretariats by miscreants during the "endsars* protest last week..


Hon Adele expressed dismay at both council Secretariats' vandalisation ,he empathized more on the council facilities attacked by the hoodlums on Tuesday and Wednesday.


Hon Adele during the visits expressed pain with the level of destruction caused by hoodlums who attacked the Council Secretariat following the #ENDSARS protest which later turned snowballed  into violence  the state.


Hon Adele sympathized with both council chairmen and encouraged them to be strong in the trying moment ,praying God will uphold them.

Ooni Condemns Incessant Rape, child Abuse as Ife celebrates Yeyemolu festival

The Arole Oduduwa & Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II has condemned incessant rape, child abuse and other forms of molestation particularly against women in the society. Ooni Ogunwusi made the disclosure on Friday, during the annual Yeyemolu festival; which is the remembrance of the first queen of the Ooni of Ife, at his Ile Oduduwa Palace, Ile-Ife. HON. IDRIS BOLAJI MUSE ARIYOH COMMISERATES WITH FATOKI FAMILY

Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Chairman Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh commiserate with the family of the former Mandate Chairman in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Elder Albert Babasola Fatoki who passed on today, 10th January 2021 at his residence in Whaabi Larinde after a brief illness.  In a condolence message signed by him, he described the late as a leader, father, an astute politician, and a community leader who spent his life in the service of humanity and his community. He described the exit of the political icon as a great loss to the entire Oshodi community, Ogunoloko ward, and  most especially the All Progressives Congress whose immense contribution to its success in all the elections cannot be over-emphasized.  He prayed Allah  grants him eternal rest and give the family, his friends, and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
