CHAIRMANSHIP ASPIRANT APPEALS TO RESIDENTS TO REGISTER WITH APC, AS PARTY COMMENCES REGISTRATION/ REVALIDATION OF MEMBERSHIP ON MONDAY.

A chairmanship aspirant for Oshodi Isolo local government council of Lagos State, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede Almaroof popularly known as kendoo has appealed to residents of the council to troop out en masse to register with the All progressives Party (APC), so that good governance being exhibited by Governor Sanwoolu will be replicated in the local government. 


The popular Oshodi born developer equally posited that the registration exercise will afford non members who are desirous of change to join the party while existing members will have the opportunity to revalidate their membership of the ruling party.  


Otunba Oloyede Almaroof equally posited that adequate provisions will be made to ensure that intending members are not subjected to hardship during the exercise.  


According to him "let me use this opportunity to appeal to you , our teeming supporters across all the parties that it's now time to show solidarity with us by registering with our party, All progressives Congress (APC) as registration and revalidation of membership commences on Monday 25th January 2021. "


"The APC remains the only viable platform with which we can realize our ambition of a better and greater Oshodi, so joining the party will take us nearer to our goal of Oshodi of our dream" ,he said.


Continuing" machineries have been put in motion to ensure that nobody suffers any hardship during the exercise as we shall do everything within our means to ensure all intending members are carefully and diligently attended to. 


Finally, he promised to work with the leadership of the party to ensure hitch free exercise.

Ooni Condemns Incessant Rape, child Abuse as Ife celebrates Yeyemolu festival

The Arole Oduduwa & Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II has condemned incessant rape, child abuse and other forms of molestation particularly against women in the society. Ooni Ogunwusi made the disclosure on Friday, during the annual Yeyemolu festival; which is the remembrance of the first queen of the Ooni of Ife, at his Ile Oduduwa Palace, Ile-Ife. HON. IDRIS BOLAJI MUSE ARIYOH COMMISERATES WITH FATOKI FAMILY

Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Chairman Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh commiserate with the family of the former Mandate Chairman in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Elder Albert Babasola Fatoki who passed on today, 10th January 2021 at his residence in Whaabi Larinde after a brief illness.  In a condolence message signed by him, he described the late as a leader, father, an astute politician, and a community leader who spent his life in the service of humanity and his community. He described the exit of the political icon as a great loss to the entire Oshodi community, Ogunoloko ward, and  most especially the All Progressives Congress whose immense contribution to its success in all the elections cannot be over-emphasized.  He prayed Allah  grants him eternal rest and give the family, his friends, and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
