OSHODI-ISOLO LOCAL GOVERNMENT FIRST BABY OF THE YEAR RECEIVES GIFT
The wife of Oshodi-Isolo local government Mrs Sara Ariyoh has presented gifts to the first and second baby of the year 2021 in the local government.
In a short ceremony held at the Oshodi primary health center in Ogunlana on Friday where the mothers were presented with various baby gifts which includes baby trolling, Pampers, baby walkers, basket of baby wears etc
The wife of the chairman thank God for the safe deliveries of the babies and urged people to patronise the primary health centers in Oshodi-Isolo local government especially pregnant women for antenatal and delivery as the facilities of the centers has been upgraded .
She said for the past years the local government has taken it as a duty to honour and celebrates both the first and second baby born at the local government hospital.
Ealier, Mrs Oloyede G.O asst. Director of Nursing service ( Apex nurse) in Oshodi primary health center said the first baby was delivered by Mrs Onyinye Ezeija of 11 Oluwole st, Oshodi , female and weigh 3.5kg on 2nd January 2021 by 2.2pm and the 4th in the family Ezeija.
The second baby was delivered on January 3rd 2021, 5.25am , weight 3.2kg, female by Mrs Chiamaka Okechukwu of 32 Ago Iwoye street , Orile Oshodi. The baby was the first for Okechukwu family.
Ealier , Dr Ubani MOH of Oshodi-Isolo Local government urged residents to continue to patronise all the primary health centers in Oshodi and assured them of adequate service with competent , experience and qualified staff to attend to their health complaints.
She said very soon the PHC would add to its service young, youth and adolescent friendly service to the community.
She appreciated the efforts of Hon.Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh's administration towards improving the health service to the community with efforts in renovating and upgrading the equipments at the PHC'S in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government.
Both mothers with their husbands thanked the wife of the Chairman for his motherly gifts and prayed the lord would continue to replenish her abundantly and also thanked the medical staffs for their high level of competency during the antenatal and delivery of their babies.
