OSHODI ISOLO WILL BE BETTER UNDER MY WATCH - KENDOO

A leading  chairmanship aspirant in Oshodi- Isolo Local Government, Otunba Kehinde Adeola Almaroof Oloyede, has promised the people of the local government that he will give his best to the development of the council area and that the best will be gotten under his watch as chairman if elected in the forthcoming local government election in the state.  


The veteran developer opined that he is passionate about the development of the local government as he has benefitted immensely from the environment and it's time to plough back by providing Purposeful leadership, developmental projects, formulating and implementing people orientated policies as well as welfare programs. 


In his words "let me say for the sake of clarity that Oshodi- Isolo will witness tremendous development under my watch as chairman. I have benefited greatly from the Oshodi environment as I was born and raised in Oshodi. I am the only aspirant in the race with visible business presence in Oshodi."


Continuing "I am passionate about the development of Oshodi and that's my promise, Oshodi will witness progressive development under my watch"


The businessman and politician applauded the Sanwoolu administration for the "impactful projects being executed across the state", promising he will replicated such once he is elected.  


Finally, he appealed to the people of the local government and the state generally to continue to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the only party with interest of the people.

Ooni Condemns Incessant Rape, child Abuse as Ife celebrates Yeyemolu festival

The Arole Oduduwa & Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II has condemned incessant rape, child abuse and other forms of molestation particularly against women in the society. Ooni Ogunwusi made the disclosure on Friday, during the annual Yeyemolu festival; which is the remembrance of the first queen of the Ooni of Ife, at his Ile Oduduwa Palace, Ile-Ife. Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Chairman Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh commiserate with the family of the former Mandate Chairman in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Elder Albert Babasola Fatoki who passed on today, 10th January 2021 at his residence in Whaabi Larinde after a brief illness.  In a condolence message signed by him, he described the late as a leader, father, an astute politician, and a community leader who spent his life in the service of humanity and his community. He described the exit of the political icon as a great loss to the entire Oshodi community, Ogunoloko ward, and  most especially the All Progressives Congress whose immense contribution to its success in all the elections cannot be over-emphasized.  He prayed Allah  grants him eternal rest and give the family, his friends, and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
