EDL-FITR CELEBRATION: OSHODI COUNCIL BOSS ADMONISHES MUSLIM

The Executive Chairman of   Oshodi-Isolo Local Government,Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh  has advised Muslims to sustain the spiritual rebirth gained during the month of Ramadan, urging  them to maintain peace within their community and the entire nation.


In a statement he personally  signed to commemorate Edl fitr celebration by Islamic faithful read thus :

"As we celebrate the end of month Ramadan,  I implore us to continue to sustain the spiritual upliftment gained during the fasting period and intensify our good deeds to our creator and humanity for the life hereafter.

We should be a catalyst for peace and stay away from any act that can lead to the breakdown of law and order in our various communities especially at this period of election process to transition  at the grassroots in our state.


Continuing"My dear people of Oshodi-Isolo local government, we shall continue to ensure adequate security of  lives and property of our people, security of our community is our joint efforts, let's always be our brother's keeper. Have wonderful Edl-fitr celebrations"

Ooni Condemns Incessant Rape, child Abuse as Ife celebrates Yeyemolu festival

The Arole Oduduwa & Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II has condemned incessant rape, child abuse and other forms of molestation particularly against women in the society. Ooni Ogunwusi made the disclosure on Friday, during the annual Yeyemolu festival; which is the remembrance of the first queen of the Ooni of Ife, at his Ile Oduduwa Palace, Ile-Ife. HON. IDRIS BOLAJI MUSE ARIYOH COMMISERATES WITH FATOKI FAMILY

Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Chairman Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh commiserate with the family of the former Mandate Chairman in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Elder Albert Babasola Fatoki who passed on today, 10th January 2021 at his residence in Whaabi Larinde after a brief illness.  In a condolence message signed by him, he described the late as a leader, father, an astute politician, and a community leader who spent his life in the service of humanity and his community. He described the exit of the political icon as a great loss to the entire Oshodi community, Ogunoloko ward, and  most especially the All Progressives Congress whose immense contribution to its success in all the elections cannot be over-emphasized.  He prayed Allah  grants him eternal rest and give the family, his friends, and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
